According to details, an important meeting was held under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Imran Khan on prevention of corona virus. Finance Minister Hafeez Sheikh Razzaq Dawood Asad Umar and Industry Minister Hamad Azhar also attended.
The meeting reviewed the implementation of SOPs, including the public response to the recent easing of lockdowns, and the impact of the corona virus on future planning.
The Prime Minister was also briefed on the economic impact of the outbreak and Health Advisor Zafar Mirza took confidence in the latest data and medical facilities of those infected with the virus.
The economic team also apprised the participants of the possible plans of the government to improve the economic indicators and the details of the amount released by the finance adviser under the relief package.
