The burden of domestic and foreign debt on Pakistan, which is suffering from financial crisis, is continuously increasing. The report of the Economic Affairs Division (EAD) has stated that a total of two billion 23 million dollars was borrowed from July to September this year. Under multilateral agreements, 682.3 million dollars were borrowed from July
