According to government sources, a proposal to start the budget session on June 6 is under consideration while the federal budget for the new financial year 23-2022 is being considered on June 10.
It has been informed that the talks between Pakistan and IMF will start from May 18. These talks will continue for about 10 days
To revive the program the government will have to gradually reduce subsidies on petrol diesel and electricity.
If successful Pakistan will receive the next tranche of about ً 960 million.
