According to a foreign news agency report, Russia has decided to provide visas for six months if a hotel reservation for citizens of 19 countries, including Turkey.
The move is being taken to help increase the number of incoming tourists in Russia after seeing a decrease of 96 % of tourist entry last year.
A statement issued by the Russian government explained that the facility would allow citizens of 19 countries, including Turkey, Saudi Arabia and China, to use this facility.
It is also planning to resume its e -visa program for about 70 countries. The e -visa program was withheld due to Coid 19, but most Western countries will not be able to access this new facility.
