Ingredients.
4 large ripe tomatoes
1 cup besan (gram flour)
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 green chilies, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves, chopped
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Instructions:
Slice the tomatoes into thick rings and set aside.
In a bowl, mix besan, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, green chilies, and salt.
Add a little water to form a thick batter.
Oil heat in a deep frying pan over medium heat.

1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
