Ingredients.

1 cup broken wheat
1/2 cup barley
1/2 cup lentils (mix of yellow and red)
1/2 cup rice
1/2 cup boneless chicken, boiled and shredded
1/2 cup mutton, boiled and shredded
1/2 cup beef, boiled and shredded
1/2 cup ghee.

tablespoon 1 cumin powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder.

Instructions.

Wash the broken wheat, barley, lentils, and rice. Soak in water for a few hours them.

In a large pot, add the soaked grains and lentils. Cook until they are soft and well-cooked.
In a separate pan, heat ghee and sauté the thinly sliced onions until golden brown.
