Quetta Gladiators defeated Karachi Kings by 6 runs in the sixth match of SL 8. Martin Guptill was declared the best player of the match for playing an excellent innings of 117 runs.

Karachi Kings team managed to score 162 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in pursuit of 169 runs, Shoaib Malik played a responsible innings of 71 runs.

After the match, Kings captain Imad Wasim said that in the last overs we have given more runs, the bowling has not been impressive, there have been many mistakes, which we are working on step by step.

He said that we did not play bad cricket, we took Quetta Gladiators on the backfoot in a few overs, we still have seven matches left after which we have to go to the playoffs, once the winning streak starts, we will move forward.
