Pakistan received huge relief from G20 payments from Pakistan

According to sources, Pakistan will not have to pay $ 12 billion debt this year.

Sources said that payment of certain installments to financial institutions will be applicable from May 1, 2020. International financial institutions include the IMF Asian Development Bank, while payments to the World Bank Paris Club and IDB will not be made.

Pakistan has been given a curfew in certain payment payments by June 2022. The G20 countries’ relief will also apply to mutual commercial loan payments.

Pakistan has to pay Saudi Arabia and UAE $ 5 billion while China has to pay $ 3 billion 40 million, the Finance Department’s data division has begun compiling relief plans.

The IMF, on the other hand, approved $ 1.386 billion for Pakistan, saying aid given to improve the balance of debt payments would ease international reserves.
