Naeemul Haq was laid to rest

KARACHI: Prime Minister Imran Khan’s Assistant Special Minister Naeemul Haq has been laid to rest. Governor Sindh Imran Ismail, Punjab Punjab Chaudhry Sarwar and members of the National and Provincial Assemblies attended the funeral.
Special funeral prayers of Prime Minister Imran Khan’s Naeemul Haq were offered in the mosque Ayesha Khayaban Unity Karachi, where the funeral prayer was attended by Governor Punjab Chaudhry Sarwar, Governor Sindh Imran Ismail, Federal Ministers and Rakan National and Provincial Assembly. Prime Minister’s aide and longtime friend Naeem-ul-Haq passed away yesterday due to a prolonged illness, PTI leaders have long been battling for life in cancer.
Prime Minister Imran Khan said in his Twitter message that news of the death of longtime friend Naeemul Haq shook, he was one of the 10 founding members of Tehreek-e-Insaf, he remained with me during the 23-year struggle for PTI. He said he always supported me whenever I was in trouble. Naeemul Haq fought bravely with cancer for the last two years, he remained involved in party affairs till the end and he went as far as possible. Making his participation in the cabinet meeting, Naeem-ul-Haq’s vacancy will never be filled.
