A new policy has been issued.
Under which it has been made mandatory to submit the fee along with the application for acquisition of apartments. You will have to pay a fee of Rs 2,000 to get the apartments.
For the first time in New Pakistan Housing, a fee will be charged with the application. The fee submitted with the application will be non-refundable and the collection of applications will be done after formal agreement with the banks.
LDA officials say a fee is required with the application for scrutiny
Only those who are eligible will apply because of the fee.
