Prime Minister Imran Khan received a letter from the CEO of YouTube in which he praised the recent steps taken by the Prime Minister on the situation of Corona virus.
YouTube has announced 5 million aid package to Pakistan for its response to the corona virus.
On the occasion, the Chief Executive Officer said that joint efforts are needed to deal with the Corona epidemic.
It may be recalled that Pakistan took timely steps regarding the corona virus which was well received at the international level and all the steps taken by Prime Minister Imran Khan were appreciated by the international organizations.
It is to be noted that during the Karuna lockdown, Prime Minister Imran Khan has launched Ehsas program to earn daily wages or help the poor, under which Rs 12,000 per person is being provided to the needy. He also announced that Pakistanis are increasingly collecting donations.
It may be recalled that on May 1, Senator Faisal Javed Khan had said in a tweet on a social networking website that more than Rs 3.22 billion has been deposited in the Karuna Relief Fund so far.
