According to an update released by the National Command and Operations Center, the new and deadly virus has infected 29,465 people across Pakistan with the global outbreak of Wid Nineteen, with 20,000 patients currently undergoing treatment for corona in various cities across the country. In Pakistan, 1,991 new cases of corona have been reported in 24 hours, while 8,023 patients have recovered from the virus.

The command center said that 21 more deaths were reported in the country during the last 24 hours. The highest death toll so far was in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with 234, followed by 192 in Punjab, 180 in Sindh and 24 in Balochistan. There were 5 deaths while 4 deaths occurred in Gilgit-Baltistan.
Punjab has the highest number of corona cases at 11,093, Sindh has 10,771 corona cases reported, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has 4,509 cases, Balochistan has 1,935, Islamabad has 641, Gilgit-Baltistan has 430 corona cases and Azad Kashmir has cases. The number is 86.
According to the NCOC, 13,341 krona have been tested in the country during the last 24 hours. So far, 283,517 krona have been tested in the country.
